A compilation of the plant-based recipes that I prepare the most for my friends.

I became a herbivore in 2015 when I lived in Madrid and then I had to return to my small town in Galicia… so as I didn't have any options nearby I had to learn to cook delicious dishes. In these 9 years I have learned a lot! So here are my "star" dishes, those that I prepare when there is a birthday or a special occasion along with some basic ones to learn if you are just starting out in this veggie food thing.

It also has some blank pages so you can add your own recipes at the end and have everything in the same place.
