The products in my store are shipped from Spain, and you can select two shipping options from Correos: Regular shipping and certified shipping (with tracking number and guarantees). The shipping price will depend on the shipping method and the total weight of the order, which will be calculated at the time of payment.

I will send packages 1 or 2 times a week depending on the volume of shipments and availability of schedules each week.

Normally, packages take between:

-National (Spain): 5-6 business days

-Europe: 2-3 weeks

-Rest of the world: 4-8 weeks

Please keep in mind that during very busy times (such as Christmas) mail services often take longer due to high demand at those times, so make sure you plan special occasions in advance to do everything possible to get them on time!

Certified shipments usually take less time to arrive and can be tracked with the tracking number, so I highly recommend (especially if it is a large order with slightly more expensive products) that you select this option to have more control over your order.

For pre-order orders, please read the description of each product individually since each pre-order item has different conditions and production and delivery dates.

All product sales are final and the customer is responsible for paying customs or taxes that may apply in the destination country, if applicable.

My store is not responsible for packages without a tracking number that may be lost or do not arrive at their destination, so the certified shipping option is highly recommended if there are delivery problems in your area.
